Molester Laundryman Gets Conditional Bail “To Wash Clothes of Women Freely for Six Months”

Madhubani (Bihar) A laundry person from Bihar who misbehaved with woman was granted bail on an Unique Condition that he should wash and iron the garments all women freely for six months.

A court at Zunjarpur in Madhubani district in Bihar granted bail to accused Lalankumar.
20-year-old Lalankumar was is facing charges of molesting and misbehaving with a woman at his place.

Judge Avinashkumar also said it was the responsibility of “Sarapanch” or Village Accountant of the Zunjarpur to look after weather Lalankumar was following the order or not. Lalankumar must obtain the certificate from “Sarpanch” or Village Accountant after six months.

Judge Avinashkumar, during hearing had asked accused Lalankumar that what was his work and after told having laundry, he imposed the condition to get bail. Judge
said he imposed the unique punishment so that he can learn respecting women. There are around 2000 women in Zunjarpur village

The court has also issued the bail order copy of Lalankumar to “Sarpanch” and Village Accountant in the terms and conditions were mentioned.

Based on a complaint, Lalankumar was arrested by Lokha police on April 19. He had molested a woman of the village on April 17 and the victim had filed a case against him on April 18.
