Not Coconut Broken, But New Road Got Damaged when Thrown to Inaugurate

Here is yet another example for the height of corruption and the quality of public works as the road itself got damaged but not the coconut broken that threw to Inaugurate the road. The incident took place in Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh on Friday.

BJP MLA Suchi Chaudhary who was inbited to inaugurate the newly constructed road, tried to break the coconut on the road. So the coconut was not broken, but the road got damaged. Stunned over the incident, the MLA got angry and his supporters fiercely created a ruckus against the irrigation department.

7. 5 kilometer long road is being built on the canal track by the Irrigation Division Department at a cost of one crore 16.38 lakh. The work of the road was completed only 700 meters and for the purpose of getting the road inaugurated in the department, the officers of the Irrigation Department called Sadar MLA List Choudhary to start the construction of the road.
