The weaver community at Vadagavi complained KPCC Working President, MLA Satish Jarkiholi against their MLA Abhay Patil for not addressing to their needs.

People gatheted at a house of a weaver who ended his life for failed in profession alleged that their MLA didn’t turned to their houses and listened to their worries. He never visited to the families whose members ended lives for loss in business.

The financial institutions and private money lenders who gave loan for weavers troubling and harassing them for refund of loan. Despite brought to the notice the BJP MLA was mum. Not a single rupee of compensation was given to the of the families whose members commited suicide recently. He has not given them anything for three months during the Corona time.

Three including Pandurang Upari and Ganapati Bhuchadi allegedly ended their lives by hanging at their respective houses over loss in profession and the loan which they could not repay.

Jarkiholi assured of helping personally and from getting compensation from the government.
