Salarised people attached to private companies who have not yet linked their Aadhaar Card No. to their PAN card may land in economic problem from July if they not linked before June 30.The Income Tax department has instructed the private companies to get ensured the registration of numbers before the deadline to avoid blockage of their salary to their bank accounts.As informed by the IT department, the companies instructed their employees to get linked their numbers to avoid undue delay in getting the salary.The employees have also been told that their PAN cards would also declared ‘dead’ for other utilisations if not linked by the Aadhaar card. With an intention that each staff could follow the instruction, a few companies have also told that their salary could be deducted as fine if  not linked the number in allowed term.
