A requiem Mass was held at Fatima Cathedral Church Camp Belagavi for the man of God, Fr Jacob Carvalho who passed away at the age of 75.

After the prayer the churchman explained about the father saying, Father Jacob Carvalho, S.J. was born on 16th December, 1944 in Kakkeri of Khanapur taluk of Belagavi. He was a well educated person who primarily studied in Kannada medium school at native later he did his high school in an English medium school at Khanapur.

The churchman further explained about the educational qualifications and said as Fr Jacob joined the Society of Jesus after his SSC in 1963, and soon became a Jesuit priest.  He further spoke about the service he has provided and the languages he knew.

And finally they prayed the lord as “LET  YOUR  GREATEST  HAPPINESS  ALWAYS  BE TO  MAKE  OTHERS  HAPPY.”

Man of God Man LOVED by all. May God Grant Him Eternal Reward & May Perpetual Light Shine Upon Him? May His Soul Rest in Peace.
