To fulfill the seat of MLA of Shira Constituency which has been empty as the previous MLA B Satyanaryan has passed away. The by-election is about to be declared and all the three parties at rage to grab the constituency. The Congress has aimed as not to let the constituency go from their hands so at the vital meet held today the KPCC President D K Shivkumar has declared T B Jaychandra as their candidate for the by-election. Under the guidance of the Ex-DCM Dr. G Parmeshwarappa the Congress will be heading to the by-election. Dr. K N Rajanna will be the Vice Precedent of the election said the KPCC President D K Shivkumar.
