Monday the CM B S Yadiyurappa officially gave start to the major element of the world famous Mysore Dasara that is Jumbo Procession of the Goddess Chamundeshwari by paying floral respects to the goddess.

The CM after worshipping the Nandi flag at 15:30 gave start to the procession at 15:54 by paying floral respects to the goddess. The procession that used to travel nearly 5.5 km was limited only up to 400 meters under the Covid-19 guidelines that ended in not more than 23 minutes.

In total the world famous Mysore Dasara ended in a very simple manner this year amid the covid-19.
