The State Home Minister Basavraj Bommai has informed of introducing a new law for the prohibition of the love jihad at the state.

Speaking to the medias at the state capital the Home Minister said the distracting act of the state youth is taking place through the love jihad. To prohibit such acts a special law is being introduced. He added as the decision will be taken after a proper meeting with the law experts.
