Speaking to the press meet at Harihar on Sunday, KPCC Working President Satish Jarkiholi has urged the govt. to give orders to the police to take strict actions on those who are drug peddlers along with those who use it.

The chain of drug cannot be run without the support, there is nothing that govt. doesn’t know, many engineering and medical college students have been the victims of the drugs, the govt. must wake up and put a break to the racket.

Speaking about the Piranwadi dispute he said an attempt of bringing down the friendliness of Kannada and Marathi lingual is taking place. He further spoke about D K Shivkumar who has been powered as KPCC President and said many initiatives have taken place for the party org. in the state. We are working towards upholding the failures of govt.

And finally he appealed for the penalizing of the culprits of drug racket without any partiality and injustice.
