Today at the meeting held at the Taluk Panchayat the members strictly said as they won’t give any lands to the BUDA.

Speaking by the time one of the member said the govt. doesn’t have 10 Gunta space to be allowed for the construction of the graveyard at Kangrali but it has lands to be given to the BUDA. The angered member said as the govt. don’t have a humanity as the land which they are allowing belong to the farmers and on the name of development whom the govt. is facilitating.

Answering the question the president of the meeting Shankargouda Patil humorously said we already have issued notice to the Govt. but they are busy in saving their own seats. The members further asked whether it has brought into his notice as the lands at 28 villages are being acquired for which he replied the memo regarding to this has been already issued to the DC of Belagavi.

Some of the members got outrageous and took the president into charge by the time and it seems too obvious as it is about the internal conspiracies and is a matter of the farmers. After a huge fuss the members and the president finally go settled and decided to issue a strong notice and appeal to the DC.

By the time the Taluk Panchayat President Shankargouda Patil Executive Officer K M Kaladagi and the vice president and many other members of Taluk Panchayat were present.
