Due to heavy rainfall since the days the flood situation has been created almost all over the Vijaypur Dist. and now due to the continuity of the rain the final village of the dist. Devanagaon has finally got caught into the clutches of the flood. The excessive water from the Bhima River near the village has entered the village and has created a clutter to the locals.

The villagers are frightened as the water has entered the doorsteps of nearly 25 houses as well the Ambigara Choudayya Temple of the village has become aquatic. As the water level is yet increasing the villagers and the nearby sub villages as well as are worried about their lives.
