The KPCC president D K Shivkumar is in a hallucination of becoming CM if won the Sira and the RR Nagar by-polls said the Social Welfare Minister Sriramulu.

Speaking to the medias at Ballery the Minister gave a tong to both Basangouda Yatnal and the D K Shivkumar by saying as for now B S Yadiyurappa is a CM and the post isn’t vacant for anyone. He added the Ex CM Siddramaiah has taken Sira and the D K Shivkumar has taken the RR Nagar as their pride. We wish all the best to the Congress candidates but the victory is of our candidates.
