It isn’t possible to give permission to the MES at any cost to celebrate the Black Day. Apart this if anyone celebrates the balck day then tough actions will be taken against them warned the City Police Commissioner Dr. K Tyagrajan.

The state traitor MES tries to hit quarrels soon with the arrival of the Karnataka Rajyotsava. Whilst the whole state will be celebrating the State Festival, at Belagavi the MES will be attempting to create disturbance to the self respect of the Kannadigas with the celebration of Black Day.

Now again on Friday the MES leaders have approached the Commissioner seeking permission for the celebration of the Black Day. When asked about this to the City Commissioner at the meeting today he has clearly rejected to allow the celebration. When asked further as the same happens every year but at the last moment the permission will be allotted he said I don’t know what happened last year but this we won’t be giving allowance at all and in case celebrated the Black Day then the legal actions will be taken against those.
