There is a heavy rain since 2 days at the Solhapur dist. of the neighboring State Maharashtra due to which Bhima River is overflowing and the water level has crossed over the Ahalyadevi Bridge at the Pandarpur.

The bridge connecting Pandarpur and Sangola is fully covered by the water and has lost the connection.

As 20,000 cusecs water is being outflow from the Ujani reservoir the Bhima River is receiving 40,000 cusecs water inflow, which has made many bridges to be covered with water and the traffic has been broke down.
