The Election Commission on Monday had arranged one-day training to all the staff assigned to the election duty of City Corporation Belagavi.

The training were held at St Paul, St Joseph Convent and St Mary schools, all located in the Camp area.Assistant Deputy Commissioner Ashok Dudagunti and City Corporation Commissioner Rudresh Ghali varified the training programme and told the trainees to ensure no mistake to the election work both inside and outside.

The election to 58 wards of the corporation will be held on Sept 3 and the counting of votes on Sept 6.
