Two separate FIRs have been registered in regards to the atrocity over the women councilor of Mahalingpur. The Bagalkot SP has assured of strict actions against the culprits.

Recently the videos of manhandling the women councilor of the Mahalingpur by the BJP MLA Siddu Savadi and some others have virally hit the social medias. A severe rage is being expressed along the state. Today in regards to the complaints of the women councilor Chandni Nayak and Sujata at the Mahalingpur Police Station two separate FIRs have been registered. As per the sources the cases have been registered under the IPC section 323, 331, 334. In between all these developments it is shocking as none’s name has been registered in the FIRs particularly.

On the other side the members of Dist. Women Congress have appealed the SP to register FIR against the BJP MLA Siddu Savadi.
