Two people supporters of an Independent candidate contested from the ward at Azam nagar injured when they were beaten by the Congress workers on Sunday morning.

Parusharam Patil and Samman were beaten allegedly by the Congress workers when they were at Independent candidate Pathekhan’s election office. Both who were beaten were admitted at the Civil hospital for treatment. Police rushed to the place and pacified the matter.
