A walloping action has taken place by the Excise Police officails, 51 vendors selling liquor illegally without any license have been arrest by the Excise Police at Vijaypur.

Including hotels and dhabas at Vijaypur dist. wide 138 places have invaded by the Excise Police. 38 dhabas and 5 hotels at Vijaypur and including 6 others in the villages total 49 cases have been registered under the excise jurisdiction. 51 accused have been arrested and total 128.74 liters of illegal liquor has been detained.
