The covid positive cases are on the rise in the state day after day 8906 people infected newly to the virus.

Health and Medical Education minister Dr Sudhakar through twitt informed that 7113 cases were detected newly in Bengaluru and three out of four infected died were from the same place.

The positivity rate has raised to 5.42% on Saturday.
