KAS Officer Somu Nyamagoudar who was taken into custody by CBI from his residence at Gadag on Thursday morning was arrested after about four hour inquiry at Dharwad in the evening.The officer who was the Personal Secretary ( PS) of the than minister Vinay Kulkarni was taken to the district hospital were he was tested of Corona Virus, after tested negative he was informed about his arrest.

The officer was the PS for three years when Dharward ZP member Yogishgouda Goudar represented Hebballi constituency was murdered allegedly by the people said to be from Kulkarni.After completion of all arrest procedure, CBI produced him before the court and took the officer back into its custody.
