As the Corona Virus steadily growing again in the state, the government imposed night curfew in entire state existing from Friday. The night curfew will be from 9pm to 5pm.

Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said at Bengaluru on Friday, Aug 6, as the rate of infected growing on day after day at neighboring Kerala and Maharashtra, weekend curfew will be imposed in the districts adjoining to these states.

Mysore, Chamarajnagar, Kodagu and Mangaluru districts on Kerala border and Belagavi, Vijayapur, Bidar and Kalaburagi districts on the border to Maharashtra will have weekend curfews.
