Hubballi : Reacting to former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s allegation of BJP distributing Rs 2,000 per vote in Hanagal and Sindagi by-election, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said the former has a habit of levelling the same allegation during all the election whenever he was in opposion party.
