Tied black ribbon to shoulder and wore same same colour noses mouse mask, hundreds of Christians of all denominations took out the rally to Mini Vidhan Soudha from St. Peter’s Church on Gadag road said in the memorandum submitted that : The alleged religious conversation of other religion to Christianity was false and baseless. Christian religion never accept forceful conversation and oppose it, however, if coming to Christianity by own wish can be allowed, the Constitution of the nation allowed this.

Tabling the proposed Bill was against the Constitution of the nation. Following the religious faith was individual right. The comment of MLA Gulihatti Shekhar, whose mother had got converted to Christianity and turned back forcefully to her old faith, was levelling false allegation. His statement that Christians are getting converted other religion people to thrir faith was wrong.

Christians said attack on churches, priests raised with Gulihatti Shekhar’s statement and asked government why no one who attacked were not arrested. How to be held responsible.

The memorandum was forwarded to Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai through Hubballi Tahasildar.
