The Hukkeri Police has brought a hot touch to the motorists early morning at the city.

The fines for not wearing the helmets have been collected by the motorists who though were wearing the masks.

After the restless rain for three days the public who went out to buy groceries and some other works without helmets were seen paying the fines. The public is cursing the police that brought scissors to the pockets of the motorists.
