Since some days the cases of bike theft were being registered in Chikkodi as well as the surrounding Police Stations. Regards to this the Chikkodi Police have successfully arrested an accuser and have detained 5 bikes from him.

With regards to the cases registered at Chikkodi, Ulagaddi Khanapur, Mahalingpur, Ankalgi and Hukkeri the accuser Ravi Maruti Ganachar resident of Jagnur, Chikkodi has been arrested. 5 bikes costing 1,15,000 have been detained by the cops.

PSI Rakesh Bagali, and the staff including R S Mudalgi, S S Arabhavi, G S Kamble, N S Badiger, K V Challikeri, B A Lakkannavar and others have been the part of the operation.
