Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has entered into by-poll campaign as he started tactics with his party workers at MP Shivakumar Udasi’s residence at Hanagal on Sunday.

He met party state chief Naleenkumar Kateel, minister Madhuswamy, BC Patil, Muniratna, MLA Aravind Bellad and sketched the plans to win the election.
