Mangaluru : A rape victim was used physically by a police constable attached to Kadaba Station in Mangaluru. After, the girl became pregnant and refusing to get terminated the pregnency, the constable has gone at large.

A 16-year-old girl was raped in Kadaba police station limits 2 year ago. Constable Shivaraj who used to go to girl’s home to serve summons related to her case has got developed friendship with her which later led for the physical relation.

After, she got pregnant, Shivakumar gave her some money and instructed to get aborted the foetus and he went at large after she refused to get aborted and filed a rape case against him with same police station.

Meanwhile, the girl and her mother are also missing from Sept 18. The girl’s father has filed daughter and wife missing case with the same police station.

Police guessed that constable Shivakumar and the girl might be in contact and she with her mother might have gone at the place where he is. another
