Belgaum DC. M.G. Hiremath visited Chikkodi taluk as, Vedganga, Dudhganga and Krishna rivers are affected with the floods. Because coastal areas of Maharashtra are witnessing heavy rains and due to this river water is reaching above the level drastically. Kallol, Yedur and Manjri are affected.
