: An retired soldier stunned guests at a wedding ceremony by shooting in the air with his gun on Wednesday.

Retired soldier Rafiq Ahmed Tahasildar was one among the guests invited to a wedding held at Yalimunavalli in Hukkeri taluk. At reception, he drew his licensed 9.62mm revolver and opened five rounds in air. The ex-soldier was in over happy state at the ceremony, people attended the ceremony said.

The Hukkeri police have registered a case against the ex-soldier.
