As got permission from the Supreme Court to allow him to transfer the General Power of Attorney (GPA) of his property to his family members, former Congress minister Vinay Kulkarni was on Tuesday, July 27, brought to Dharward from Hindalaga jail in Belagavi.Kulkarni who was facing charges of murdering BJP ZP member Yogishgouda Goudar is in jail since 9 month and under going CBI inquiry was brought in tight security to Sub Registrar office at Mini Vidhan Soudha at Dharwad and after complition of transfer procedure was taken back to Belagavi.Kulkarni has transferred all the property which were in his name including banking affairs, dairy business to his wife Shivaleela’s name.Tight police bandobast was made surrounding the Vidhan Soudha.
