Hrutika, a girl from Madikeri in Karnataka who had lost her late mother’s cellphone at the hospital three months ago got back the same on Friday, Aug 20.

Hrutika’s mother was admitted at the government hospital for Corona Virus. Her cellphone ‘went missing’ on the day of her death. After completion of all funeral rituals, Hrutika noticed her mother’s mobile phone was missing. As could not found in the hospital, she complained the police and asked them to help her to get back the lost phone. She said the phone was very precious to her as it has many memories of her mother. The cellphone had many pictures and videos of her late mother.

Hrutika refused many cellphones which were presented to her and wanted the lost one. She even asked the Deputy Commissinor of Madikeri to help her to get back the same.

Police after trying their best managed to find it at the store house of the hospital. Madikeri SP after getting confirmed the cellphone was of Hrutika’s mother, gave it back to her.
