The CM that recently visited the North Karnataka and conducted aerial survey stated at the Kalburgi airport as to announce any reliefs the by-poll code of conduct is a hurdle. The same CM B S Yadiyurappa has now personally visited the areas affected by the monstrous rainfall at the state capital Banglore and has assured 25K (25,000) to the victims.
The Banglore public had been completely distracted by the disastrous rain and were scattered by the losses it has created. The CM visited the areas that were affected including the Hosakerihalli and some others and had a talk with the public.
Speaking by the time the CM addressed the medias and assured 25K to the victims through the cheques and also assured compensation to the families that have lost groceries. He said the officials have been instructed to be ready to face the hurdles if the rain continued.
This statement has created a havoc to the victims of the North Karnataka as how could the Code of Conduct is applicable only for the North Karnataka but not for the state capital. The question arises as what will be the reaction of such on the upcoming by-polls.
