Six-year-old girl , a son of Aslam Ballari from Ramlingeshwar nagar at Hubballi who was kidnapped by his neighbor Shabnam Gadagkar on Saturday afternoon was traced at Bengaluru on Sunday afternoon.

Shabnam, with the permission of his family took him to Market on Saturday afternoon, however, did not returned. Aslam Ballari had filed a complaint with Gokul nagar police and gave the photographs of his son and Shabnam and also her phone number

Based on the mobile network Shabnam was traced at Bengaluru. During investigation, police found that Shabnam got was a divorce from a Bengaluru man and was in friendship with another person from Mandya. Police guess that the woman with child would meet that person at Mandya, contacted him and sought his help.

That person told the woman to be at the sixth platform at Megestic bus stand and informed the police.

Hubballi-Dharwad Police Commissioner Labooram Informed Bengaluru Chikkapete and Upparpete police and posted the photographs of Shabnam and the boy through WhatsApp. Police rushed and arrested the woman and got the boy to their custody.

Gokulnagar police have brought both the woman and the child. The boy has been handed over to his parents. The police are interrogating the woman.
