On one side the rain is distressing the farmers and on other side is creating many distresses to the civilians as well.

Today a KSRTC bus got stuck under the railway bridge surrounded by water on the way from Gokak to Hidkal Dam. The passengers were distressed for couple of hours and finally the bus was moved out with the help of the service vehicle of the KSTRC dept. itself.

It is reported as the heavy rain started from 2pm and created havoc among the public.
