PSI of Upnagar, Hubli speaks indecently with the fruit seller Sitaram to which she reverted back angrily stating  “Don’t you have mother, sister, wife or a daughter at home!  Is this the way you speak? What more will you do, File a case? Go! file a case right away” as the situation was getting worse PSI left. Further, DCP Rajramjan stated, the present PSI is been warned several times for not behaving properly  with the people.
