DSS leader Basavaraj Dhake says it is censurable that Raghavendra Hunsur director of TV Serial MAHANAYAKA, aired in Zee Kannada Channel, depicting the life history of DR. B R Ambedkar, is receiving life threatens.

Addressing the press meet at circuit house at Chikkodi, Basavraj dhake leader of Dalit Sangharsh Samiti, said the TV Serial is gaining popularity not just in Karnataka but also in other states of the nation. The secular audiences are watching the serial and are appreciating it. The serial is being aired by the director in a very good way, threatening such a good man and a dedicated a dedicated director is really a vulnerable act, he emphasized as the culprits should be punished.

Later Advocate Sudarshan Tammannavar spoke to addressing the press meet said, the serial depicting the life story of Dr, B R Ambedkar has become popular some mischievous fellows are jealous of this popularity and are giving life threatens to the director through phone calls, and social medias.
