Under the supervision of the Dr. B R Ambedkar Janajagruti Vedike Dist. President Umesh Bhimgol a protest demanding to execute the sinners of the Hathras who raped and murdered a Dalit woman was held at the Yamakanmardi village of the Hukkeri taluk by various Dalit pro Organizations. The protesters expressed their anger by blocking the National Highway for some time.

Condemning the gang rape of a dalit woman at Hathras and the attempt of the U P Police to destroy the evidences by burning the dead body of a woman without the consent of the family uttered slogans against the U P govt. and the CM.

Speaking aftermath to the medias the Dilip Hosamani and the adv. Anand Kelagade demanded as it is allegeable as the parents of the victim are kept in house arrest and are being pressured. Immediately the president should interfere the matter and considering the last statement of the victim should take actions in a way to execute the criminals and should dismiss the U P govt.

Later the protesters submitted the memo through the Tahshildar of the Yamakanmardi to the president. By the time the members presidents and the leaders of the various dalit pro organizations were present.
