The local units will be taking the ultimate decision about the Ex Congress Minister Vinay Kulakarni joining the BJP said the BJP National Secretary C T Ravi.

Speaking at the Hubli to the medias he said there hasn’t been any discussion yet about Vinay Kulkarni joining the party and about the joining the local units themselves will take the decision. If thought as the party property then the units will be giving the green signal.
