She has been serving as a theater artist for more than 30 years and now for her efforts she has been receiving awards form state level till the national level.

The won being seen with the hundreds of awards is a resident of Hubli namely Veena R Athavale. The one that mastered at the dramas at a very young age has made huge success as a theatre artist. Veena is a retired teacher of Govt. School and presently is teaching the students One-Act Plays and Cultural Dramas free of cost.

Acted in more than 100 plays she has received State as well as Governor Award. She has been most loved teacher of the students by teaching them various cultural dramas. Her drama named Anathara Maaye has gained popularity.

In total it’s everyone’s wish as the efforts of Veena that has won several awards and has been working in order to preserve the theatre art must be continued.
