Bengaluru : The Third wave of coronavirus hit the state badly on Tuesday taking 2479 people into its grip in last 24 hours ended at 8.30am on Monday. Four positives undergoing treatment breathed their last.

Alike in first two waves, state capital Bengaluru affected rashly with 2053 positives. Health Minister Dr Sudhakar through twitter disclosed the facts.

The rate of positivity has reached to 2.59%. 2479 were tested positive out of 95,391 suspected were examined.
