Treating the ground as bed and wearing the sky as blankets the by sleeping anywhere are creating the hurdles to the passerby motorists and the pedestrians. The hurdles are crossing the limits at the commercial city but yet the dist. administration hasn’t taken any actions in regards.

By the beggars sleeping over the streets of the Chennamma Circle of the city the motorists are facing many problems and there are many examples of the beggars quarrelling with the pedestrians for no reasons. Over all this the Dist. Administration which is supposed to provide food and shelter to the helpless is also not taking any proper actions.

The northeast railways have started the Antyodaya Kalyan center for the homeless but these beggars won’t even look towards those centers. By such chaos the public is really disturbed so it should look after the chaos seriously and resolve the problem.
