The government which schedule to conduct Winter Legislator Session in Suvarna Vidhan Soudha at Belagavi has made of having both the dose of covid vaccine jab to enter the soudha and his campus. The official notification from the Secretariat is expected to be released shortly.

The Secretariat that followed the norms at the first session after the first wave of pandemic at Vidhan Soudha at Bengaluru will be implemented in Belagavi session to be conducted after 2018.

As the threat of new variant of coronavirus Omicron is on set, the Employees’ Association of Secretariat of Vidhan Soudha, Bengaluru has urged the Speaker of the Assembly and Chairman of the Council to cancel the Belagavi Session to avoid spreading the virus with addition of more than 5,000 outsiders population. Not only the staff of the secretariat but also police personal including women from every district of the state had to shift to other place putting their lives to risk.
