The incident of a car rolling down from the bridge due to the burst of tyre has taken place at Savadatti road near the Merawada village of Dharwad taluk.

It is said as the car traveling towards the Gokak from Dharwad had a husband wife and a 4 year old kid. The car fell off form the bridge near the Merawada toll as the tyre got burst.

Speaking by the time a local said as the car was coming speedily and suddenly the tyre got burst by which the car fell into the trench, soon we ran to rescue and saved 3 lives including a small kid of 4 years.
