The Madakari Nayaka Abhimanigala Sangha and the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike have urged the government to name after ” Veera Madakari Nayak” to RPD cross.

The sangha on Tuesday morning had afixed a name board of “Veera Madakari Nayaka” at the circle which was written in Kannada, Marathi and in English. However, after a few minutes police removed it.

Deputy Commissinor MG Hiremath who was urged to change the name told the activists that they committed a wrong by fixing the board without permission. While, the activists urged him to give them permission to name after “Veera Madakari Nayak” to the circle.
