A one-day short pitch cricket tournament was organized by Karnataka Dalit Sanghatana at Hindalga on Sunday. Shivaji was felicitated as the chief guest of the event.

The event was launched by Mahesh Kolkar, Gautam Maste, Mahesh Redekar, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.  The cricket tournament has been organized to keep the youth away from addiction and cricket fans and villagers were present at the event.

Speaking at the occasion Prithvi Singh said many youths are moving far from sports activities and are engaged in illegal activities to take out from such sports should be organized in every place so that our young generation may be healthy. Shivaji Suntkar gave a call to all organization to conduct such program.
