Mangaluru : Mangaluru DC KV Rajendra filed police complaint against Hindu Jagarana Vedike leader Jagadish Karant for allegedly threatening him and delivered provocative speech against the government officials.

Karant who is the area organising secretary of the vedike had said to be threatened the deputy commissioner of rushing to his office and pull the neck of his shirt if the stone mining activity around Karinjeshwar temple was not stopped before Dec 21.

Karant was addressing the “Janajagruti Convention” at Karinja Rathabidhi in Kavalamaduru village of Bantwal taluk recently.
