Karnataka Valmikhi Mahasabha Dharwad District President Mohan Gudisalamani levelled assault charges against Karnataka Legislative Council Chairman Basavaraj Horatti and has filed a FIR against him with Dharward Rural Police.

Gudisalamani alleged that Horatti who is a part of the Sarvodaya Shikshan Sansthe which running a few educational institutions was misutilising the institutions by using his power. Therefore Horatti was angry on him.

He said, recently he was assaulted by Horatti and his car was damaged when he had been to visit a Mahasabha’s school at Mugada village in Dharward taluk.
